About Us
At Paltz Pie and Wings, every pie gets handled with the respect we'd give to feeding our own family. Our wood oven is the heart of the shop, turning out pies with a crackling crust, bright sauce, and the kind of cheese pull that's already got people calling it the best pizza in town. From our Margherita and Burrata to our Quattro Formaggi and Diavola, we bring gourmet flavor to Main Street alongside our wings, burgers, and homemade Italian dinners like lasagna and baked ziti. Our baby pies give students and solo diners near campus a perfect-sized option without breaking the bank. As Taher A. shared, "Really enjoyed my experience at Paltz Pie and Wings! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked really well. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The wood oven was amazing." We're brand new to New Paltz, but the excitement from this community has been incredible... people finding us by chance and coming back, students bringing friends after class, and neighbors telling us they're thrilled to finally have wood-fired pizza in town. We're proud to be part of Main Street and grateful to serve the New Paltz community.
